Today I was re-elected Member of Parliament for Crewe and Nantwich.

This is a huge privilege, and one that I find both rewarding and humbling.
We have achieved huge results for Crewe and Nantwich since 2008: unemployment more than halved, new infrastructure, better education, improved healthcare.
I have helped over 14,000 individual constituents with their cases and concerns.
But there's much more to do.
Today I am recommitting myself to helping local people and their families enjoy the security of a regular income by attracting more infrastructure, business and jobs to our area.
Whatever the twists and turns of national politics, you can be sure that you have a dedicated local MP who will be a tireless advocate for Crewe and Nantwich people in Westminster and beyond.
Whilst I thank those who voted for me, I have always been everybody's MP, whether they vote or not, and look forward to listening to and helping thousands more local people in my Crewe office over the next five years.
